He ensured that what we wanted was \"what we wanted\" to avoid changes down the road. He reviewed the final architect drawings with us, costs (during Covid, costs were changing almost weekly) etc. as well as what the process would look like.\n\nJosh works quickly! There was very little downtime, except when needed, such as the concrete foundation needing time to cure, etc. There was progress each week and the work was done correctly. (in building a house, there will always be minor things, and when addressed with Josh, they were always taken care of).\n\nAdmirably, there were times we needed to contact Josh at odd hours or on weekends and he always responded. We were never left in the dark or wondering what was going on. His web-based project manager worked well as did emails, texts and phone calls.\n\nOur house came together very well, even during the hectic days of the pandemic where supplies and components were often difficult to procure.
